Put Asthma in the Limelight
Asthma UK needs your help to put Asthma in the Limelight this May!
Asthma can be fatal, yet a third of children with asthma in the UK tell us they don’t know what to do if they have an attack.
Help us change this by taking part in our new fundraising week from 2-10 May 2009.
There are plenty of ways to get involved, from being sponsored to wear a lime green wig, selling lime green iced cakes and throwing a lime cocktail party, to asking everyone in your school or office to pay to wear lime for the day. You’ll be raising funds to give over a million children with asthma life-saving knowledge and support.
So gather your friends and family around you, have loads of fun, think lime and help us by Putting Asthma in the Limelight!

I know this isn’t strictly amateur theatre based, but as a chronic asthma sufferer myself this is an organisation very close to my heart. How about doing something theatrical to support this worthwhile charity?
