Auditions – Musical Christmas Carol
Vesey Players, a long established Amateur Dramatic society based in Sutton Coldfield, North Birmingham B74, are searching for suitable males for the principal roles of Bob Cratchit, Fred, Ghost of Christmas Past and Ghost of Christmas Present,Old Joe, in a BRAND NEW musical version of A Christmas Carol to be staged December 4-10, 2011.
Rehearsals are already underway so we need to hear from people NOW
Please note this is an unpaid role which will be undertaken as a new member of the Society -
Vesey Players is an Am Dram Society based in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham West Midlands. We need new adult members, strong male principals and ladies for the ensemble/chorus throughout.You can find us on Facebook and we will publish details auditions etc on there and on here.

About the Author
Newly revived local Am Dram Society Vesey players, based in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, are best known for producing Pantos in Sutton Coldfield for 60 years but were almost forced to close down as membership dropped off. A few hardy members set to and revived the Community spirit of the Society by working in conjunction with Bishop Vesey's Grammar School, which was how they originally began all those years ago, for a hugely successful debut production of Christmas Carol the Musical, last December.
Both the School's Head and the Vesey Players' are keen to keep the ball rolling for even bigger and better musical productions. The society are looking for singers and dancers, chorus and soloists, male and female, young and old, but say your enthusiasm and commitment are more important than your previous experience!
