See How They Run is a traditional English farce, written by Phillip King, set in the idyllic village of Merton-cum-Middlewick, where the village inhabitants are preparing themselves for the imminent threat of Nazi invasion. Resident nosy-parker and spinster, Miss Skillon, becomes convinced that her beloved vicar’s actress wife is having an affair and attempts to expose her. Add an escaped German prisoner of war, a handsome actor, the visiting Bishop of Lax, a rotund locum priest and some meddling neighbours and you have all the ingredients for a classic British comedy.

Philip King’s trusty wartime farce is a classic of it’s kind. Tea with the vicar, men without trousers, drunken spinster and a web of improbable coincidences.

We will be holding OPEN auditions at the Little Brickhill Village Hall on Tuesday 21st February, 7.30pm.

The production itself will be staged at the Chrysalis Theatre in Milton Keynes and will run from Wednesday 16th – Saturday 19th May 2012, 7.30pm evening performances only.

    LLTC History:

You can find a full list of our past productions at our website (www.lltc.co.uk), but our most recent production was William Shakespeare’s The Merry Wives of Windsor, which was created as a part of the Royal Shakespeare Company’s Open Stages project, and we are proud to announce that we were one of several groups lucky enough to be selected to go through to the next stage of this nationwide project.
