Director Wanted – The Wiz
Mayhem Musical Theatre Company are looking to appoint a director for our production of The Wiz, which is to be performed in Kingston-upon-Thames from 28-31 October 2009.
Rehearsals will be from July – October on Thursday evenings, plus Monday evenings and Sunday afternoons nearer to the performance. Rehearsals are held in Morden or South Wimbledon.
We are an amateur company, but strive to achieve professional standards in performance and production values, and have a talented company of performers. We are looking for an experienced director with a demonstrable track record of successful productions, the ability to motivate and stretch a cast, and a strong creative vision.
