KDC Theatre presents Willy’s Russell’s Stags and Hens running 11-15 August 2009 at London’s Landor Theatre…
The play set in a dingy nightclub in 1978 Liverpool, centers around Linda and Dave’s stag and hen parties. It’s the night before the couple are supposed to be getting married. Unbeknown to each they are both having their do at the same venue. But the bride is having serious doubts especially when she bumps into her ex, a musician in a band. The groom to be, having had too much alcohol and curry is oblivious having buried his head down the toilet but his friends aren’t. Will Linda join the institution of marriage? The play is about independence, identity and growing up.
Cast: 5 Men, 5 Women. Any ages. A Liverpool accent is preferable but we can work on it!
