- Jul 21st 2010 7:30 pm to Jul 24th 2010 9:30 pm
St Anne’s Hall, St Ann’s Crescent, Wandsworth, London SW18 2LR.
Feeling that he has achieved all that he can in the fields of medicine, philosophy and other fields of knowledge, the ambitious Doctor Faustus turns to magic to alleviate his boredom.
Little does he realise that this will start him on a dark and desperate path, leading ultimately to his destruction and descent into the realms of hell.
We follow as Faustus conjures a spirit, Mephastophilis, who promises unlimited power and glory in exchange for Faustus’ soul.
NSTC’s summer production approaches Marlowe’s most famous work with a fresh, exciting and dynamic interpretation.
