  • Other Information: Remember the golden age of the Wireless? When the Andrews’ Sisters and Gracie Fields dominated the air waves, and the shows were all produced live with performers in Black tie? Well the Edward Alderton Theatre presents an evening of vintage entertainment, with songs, sketches, dancing and even a who dunnit! Also featuring an appearance by the Legendary Ernie “Have a Care” Edwards in the Ministry of Shortages!Performances start tonight July 8th 2010 and are on every night until Saturday July 17 2010; Doors at 7.15, Curtain at 8.00 pm (Except Sunday 11th July 2010- 5pm). Tickets GBP 7.00

The Edward Alderton Theatre is a non-professional performance venue in Bexleyheath, Kent, founded in 1976. It has a raked auditorium seating 74, a proscenium stage, a fully licensed bar, foyer, toilets, dressing rooms, and free on-site parking. Six shows are staged annually, each running for seven nights from Saturday to Saturday (normally not Sunday), together with occasional one-off special events
