- Notes: Shy Leonard sends manuscript after manuscript to Harriet a publisher of women’s fiction. It is always rejected. In desperation he sends a manuscript in the name of Myrtle Banbury, Harriet likes it and of course wants to meet Myrtle, Leaonard has to asume her identity. To complicate maters further he falls in love with her, but everything is finally and happily resolved in the hilarious finale.
