Oklahoma! is a simple tale based on a drama written in the thirties by Lynn Riggs called Green Grow The Lilacs, it tells the story of Laurey, a winsome yet feisty farm girl who is courted by two very different men – Curly the brash young cowhand and Jud Fry a surly, pathological farm hand – Oklahoma! follows the heart searching of Laurey and although the road to true love never runs smoothly with these characters holding the reins, loves journey becomes as bumpy as a surrey ride down a country road as she determines to find the man of her dreams.
