  • Other Information: Wednesday 28th to Saturday 31st October at 7.45pm Sarurday Matinee at 2.45pm.Rodgers and Hammerstein’s charming tale of romance and adventure set in the Wild West at the turn of the century is a musical treat not to be missed. Fabulous songs include ‘People Will Say We’re In Love’, ‘Oh, What A Beautiful Morning’ and the title song ‘Oklahoma!

    Curley, a young ranch hand is infatuated with Laurey. Unfortunately they are both too proud to admit they love each other. To spite Curley, Laurey accepts an invitation from the evil Jud to go to the local dance. Meanwhile Curley’s friend Will Parker returns early from a trip to Kansas City to find that his girlfriend Ado Annie just can’t say no to other men.

    Laurey eventually admits her love for Curley, but on their wedding day Jud full of jealousy picks a fight and fall on his own knife. A trial is hastily arranged and Curley is acquitted and with Will and Annie also getting married they look forward to a bright future.
