• Notes: Maunder’s popular Oratorio recalls some of the incidents in the last days of Jesus’ life on earth from the rejoicing crowds to the lonely walk over the Mount. Written for tenor, baritone, soprano and SATB chorus with hymns to be sung by the congregation. The music is simple, but rewarding harmony. Popular in churches at Easter, we will be singing in one church on Canvey, one in Hadleigh and one in Thundersley/Benfleet.
