Three daft tales – one great night out!
Milton Keynes Theatre of Comedy are delighted to present this stage premiere: Written by former members of the Monty Python team, Michael Palin and Terry Jones, this classic BAFTA award-winning BBC TV comedy series (originally shown in the late 1970’s) has been exclusively adapted for the stage by David Pibworth. Three daft tales that take a gentle, comic dig at Boys Own adventure style stories and the “golden age of empire”, mixed with satire and much silliness!
- Murder at Moorstones Manor: A series of grisly murders spoil a family weekend. But who dunnit Well… everyone it seems!
- Across the Andes by Frog: Capt. Snetterton’s daring expedition to the mountains of Peru with a crack team of trained frogs!
- The Testing of Eric Olthwaite: The most boring man in Yorkshire falls into bad company and embarks on a daring life of crime!
A talented local cast will perform the show from Tuesday 7th to Saturday 11th July at the Chrysalis Theatre, Camphill, Milton Keynes. MK15 9JY. Performances at 7.30pm each day (plus a 2.30pm matinee on Saturday).
