- Notes: ‘Scrooge the Musical’ is a heart-warming family story set in Victorian London – a light-hearted adaptation based on the famous book ‘A Christmas Carol’ by Charles Dickens. Ebenezer Scrooge, a mean and bitter miser, is forced to face his unpleasant past, present and future via three ghosts seeking to restore his Christmas spirit. The 40-plus cast bring the story to life with catchy melodies, big chorus numbers and a witty script displaying both comedy, drama and emotion. It’s a show which makes you laugh, sends a shiver down your spine, and will certainly bring some early festive spirit to the Lighthouse Theatre!
