• Notes: On a South Pacific Island during WWII, a young nurse, Nellie, falls for a middle aged plantation owner, Emile. The two have a troubled romance as Nellie discovers some details of Emile’s past. Meanwhile, Lieutenant Cable arrives to set up a spy post and is set up by Bloody Mary, the souvenir shop owner, with her daughter, Liat, but he refuses to marry the girl. Emile, agrees reluctantly to help Cable with his dangerous mission. Features songs such as ‘Nothing Like a Dame’, ‘Gonna Wash That Man..’ and ‘Some Enchanted Evening’.
