• Notes: TAKE SOME OF THIS is a satirical take on the global political scene blended with a timeless tale of human nature and emotion.Based on Euripides’ classics ‘The Trojan Women’ and ‘Helen’, TAKE SOME OF THIS transports us to the fictional ‘Salemdad’, where the powerful ‘US’ is invading… no… ‘liberating’ the people of ‘THEM’, in search of the missing Oilivio – the body that built a thousand desires. Through innovative characters and witty dialogue, a war-torn dystopia is presented that is both humorous and scarily close to home.
