Stage Two Downham present Carlo Goldonis period comedy, The Servant Of Two Masters from 5th – 8th April 2017 at 7:30pm in Downham Village Hall.

The plot of “The Servant of Two Masters” involves Beatrice, the sister to Federigo, who goes in place of her brother in a disguise to win the dowry offered to his fiancee since Federigo has died. From here, the plot continues through hilarious twists and turns leading to all of the original couples marrying happily ever after and the characters learning that the servant, Truffaldino, is actually a servant to two different masters.
