The Wedding Singer – The Musical

Following the sucess of two productions, ‘Zombie Prom’ & ‘Eurobeat’ last year, SMP return to the Millfield Theatre, Silver Street, Edmonton, Near Enfield with ‘The Wedding Singer – The Musical’.
Based on the ever popular 1998 film of the same name, the story follows New Jersey’s favourite wedding singer Robbie Hart, as he plays wedding gigs in the town, and is dramatically left at the altar by fiance Linda.
Falling into a deep depression, Robbie is urged by his close friends and family to get back on his feet, while in the meantime, he does everything possible to enrage guests at his wedding gigs.
While changing from wedding gigs to batmitzvahs, Robbie meets Julia, and falls madly in love with her. However, Julia is due to be married to Wall Street shark Glen. Their wedding is crashed by love sick Robbie, who has since found out that Glen has been unfaithful to Julia. Will Robbie get to spend the rest of his life with the girl of his dreams?
