  • Other Information: Monday 16 – Friday 20 August 2010. An opportunity for children aged 9-14 to work with music and theatre professionals on all aspects of creating a production, over an exciting week of workshops, rehearsals and unbridled creativity!
  • It is May 1660 – the Lord Protector, Oliver Cromwell, is dead, and King Charles II is returning to England to claim the throne. A group of actors and musicians are rehearsing for the celebrations when they uncover a plot to kill the king. Can they reach Charles in time to catch the villains and save him from his fate?

    The daily sessions will take place at the National Centre for Early Music, York, from 10.00am-4.00pm culminating in a for friends and family at 7.00pm on Friday 20 August. Participation costs £80 for the week.
