The Soberton Players are based in the villages of Soberton and Newtown, in the picturesque Meon Valley between Portsmouth and Southampton. Many of the players live locally, but our ranks are often swelled by talent from further afield, as well as by former residents who have left the area - and all receive a very warm welcome from this friendly group.

Wind in the Willows - November 26th to 28th

Our next production will be “The Wind inthe Willows” - a charming adaptation by Alan Bennett of the much-loved children’s classic by Kenneth Grahame. Casting starts on Monday 29th June at 7.30pm at Soberton Village Hall.

Wanted - accompanist and/or musical director

Soberton Players’ wonderful accompanist for the past 20 years is moving on to new adventures leaving a huge gap to be filled.  We love to stage musical theatre and are looking for someone willing to take on this role.
