• Type: Thornbury Amateur Dramatic Society began in the 1930s, and we have just celebrated our 75th Anniversary. We tackle a huge variety, and often challenging works, from Shakespeare to Alan Ayckbourn, with at least three productions a year, including one outdoors every summer. TADS is open to anyone over 16 with any level of experience within the theatre, backstage, front of house, technical crew or acting – rehearsals take place in our own rehearsal rooms upstairs, at the Knot of Rope, in Thornbury.
