The Angels Retro Sale
Angels is opening the doors to its Wembley warehouse once again to give enthusiasts the chance to update their wardrobes with vintage fashions from the 1950s – 1990s and original uniform clothing at bargain basement prices on Saturday 6th February at the Angels Retro Sale.
Over 25,000 items of clothing and accessories will be sold at this fantastic one-day event, which follows up the success of 2008’s Big Vintage Clothing Sale and 2009’s Uniform Sale, both of which saw thousands of eager shoppers file through the doors in Wembley. The Retro Sale will feature fashion items from the 1950s all the way through to the 1990s, including coats, suits, skirts, trousers, dresses, blazers and vintage handbags. There will also be one room devoted to a selection of high-quality military and civilian uniform items and hats.
The Retro Sale is an excellent opportunity for amateur dramatics societies to update their costumes at very low cost. An entrance fee of £5 will apply to all visitors and stock will be priced not individually but by the bag, with customers welcome to purchase and fill as many of the special plastic bags as they wish. Medium-sized bags will cost £20 and a supersize one will be available for £50, with payment for filled bags to be taken at the exit.
Everything in the sale is of good quality and much of it has featured in screen or stage productions over the past 50 years, having come from Angels’ extensive stock of film, television and theatre costumes and accessories.

Admission charge – £5 per person
Clothing in the sale will be in sections grouped by type and gender
Stock will not be individually priced, rather customers will be free to fill special plastic bags – available inside the sale building – with whatever they want. A medium size bag will cost £20 and a supersize bag £50, with payment for all filled bags to be taken at the exit. Overfilling and re-selling of bags will not be accepted under any circumstances
Credit cards will be accepted for payments of £100 or over
No personal bags permitted in the sale building
No refunds or re-entry
Parking is free, but limited
