You now have formatted headings. Over-write the sample text with your Event information.
Once you have entered everything, click on the red words “Display click tags”. Click on all those tags that relate to your event. For example “Little Shop Of Horrors” would be tagged with Musical and the area, for example Eastern.
Go right and click next to Events so that a green dot appears within the circle.
Now you need to add the dates for your event. Click on the plus sign underneath the word Start under Event Editor.
Enter the start date and time and the end date and time. For example if you were performing Little Shop Of Horrors on Friday the 31st of October and Saturday the 1st of November from 7.30am until 10pm you would enter the start date as 2008-10-31 19:30 and the end date as 2008-11-01 22:00. If you have a matinee performance click the plus sign again to get another date box and enter the dates and start and finish times.
Finally you need to create a subheading for your Event. Click on the word Excerpt. In the text box enter a few words about your Event, eg. “A theatre production by The Wonderful Amateur Theatre Society.”
Scroll back up and click on the Submit for Review button. Your information will not appear until I have reviewed it and Published it. This should happen within 24 hours.
