Although this script is available for e-readers I reviewed a paper copy of the script.
This script is a dramatisation of a case heard in Ennis Courthouse on the 15th of January 1897. As such it needs good direction to avoid being too static. Because of the date, general characters in the court cannot be played by women and is therefore a play for 1f and 9m which some groups might find difficult to cast. Care will also need to be taken with language.
I can never tell timing from reading a play, but this appears to me to be a One Act play which could be performed at festivals or combined with another One Act play.
Billed as a comedy I recomend reading the script to see if it’s your group’s thing.
