This year the Woking Drama Association (WDA) is hosting the 2009 All Winners Drama Festival, as organised by National Drama Festivals Association (NDFA). 7 Days with the cream of drama festival winners from all over Britain.
This year’s GoDA Drama Festival Conference is to be held at the Kettering Conference Centre in Northamptonshire on Saturday October 24. The aim of bi-annual conference is to give everyone involved in the drama festivals movement the opportunity to meet, share their experiences of festivals and examine the latest trends on the professional and amateur stage.

For Amateur Music Groups Launched. The Amateur Musical Theatre Challenge has been setup by a group of individuals with over 20 years experience both on and off stage in amateur theatre.
The challenge is designed to bring together amateur theatre groups both large and small from across Scotland who have a passion for performing and allow them to showcase their talent.
